Experience:
- 10 Years Experience on Mazak preferred.
- 10 Years Experience of set-up, programming, operation CNC Lathes preferred.
- Experience with all kinds of materials (Aluminum, Bronze, Brass, Inconel, Rene 65 etc..)
- Knowledge with ceramic inserts and super alloys.
- Experience machining complex parts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must speak fluent English.
- Proficient with measuring equipment.
- Passion for quality.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate, program, set-up CNC lathes.
- Perform all machine set-ups, produce first articles parts for approval and run production based on work order and prints specifications with minimal to no supervision.
- Ability to efficiently run small to large-sized parts.
- Make offsets and load needed tooling into the machine.
- Document part dimensions on SPC’s when required.
- Mark parts with correct information as per work order instructions.
- Accurately completes work order paperwork/documentation.
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and being a part of a team.
- Pride in their work, supporting the team, and being a part of our team.
- Assists other machine operators to set up machines and produce parts efficiently.
- Review blueprints, drawings, specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product.
- Follow all Safety and Environmental protocols including proper usage of PPE.
- Fanatical about cleanliness and organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $26.00 – $33.00 per hour
